I’m changing things up a bit for 2024, as instead of “hobby boxes”, I will be exploring the world of “blaster boxes” for NASCAR trading cards.

What’s a Blaster Box? Well, it’s those things you see near the checkout lane at Target or Walmart—usually cube-shaped and priced at around $30. The good news is that they are affordable, still have a good amount of cards, and usually have a parallel set exclusive to them (like “red dazzle” or “blue diamond”). The bad news is that they usually don’t have memorabilia or autograph cards, and there are far less cards overall (hence the cheaper price).
