Annnnnd we’re back! Two weeks of no picks allowed me to recharge my batteries a bit, as well as doing some much-needed cleaning of the old townhouse on my Sundays off. You really don’t realize just how many pairs of work gloves you have until you clean your house, car, and work locker all in the same week.
You’ll notice that I’m going a little “off the board” in the Cup Series picks this weekend—that’s because its the time of the season that I need to “turn up the wick”! Its “down to brass tacks” and “where we separate the men from the boys”, because if I don’t turn my picking around I might be “up a creek without a rent check”.
