The Review: Let’s wrap up the Kyle Petty portion of “Musically Declined” with a song ABOUT Kyle Petty. Well, sorta. This rarity from Soundgarden seems to be a pretty standard tale about a son using lessons from his father to take on the world, and most-likely was given its title at the last minute. Still, it don’t make it bad.
The Verdict: A good song even if it has little to do with Kyle himself.
